Nick provides Firm Monitoring, File Quality Reviewing, and Second Partner Reviews to other CA firms in order to meet their CSQC, ICAO and CPAB requirements.
Nick's expertise is in Canadian and US GAAP and IFRS. He has devoted a significant amount of time to small cap public company audits and reporting. Nick works closely with small-to-mid cap public companies to meet the demanding and changing requirements of regulatory and accounting bodies.
Nick provides services to other CA firms, including those registered with CPAB and PCAOB, including times when conflict-of-interest issues arise. He assists the clients of these firms with the preparation of their working paper schedules, drafting year end and quarterly financial statements and notes and authoring MD&As. His work is focused on deducing delays, costs, and increasing the accuracy and transparency of the audit and reporting processes.
Nick has completed numerous professional development courses geared towards Canadian and US reporting issuers.
